1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DispatchLine.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DispatchLine.ai provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services for trade businesses, including automated call answering, appointment booking, SMS reminders, and emergency alerts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rates published on our pricing page. Usage beyond your included minutes will be billed at the overage rate for your plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited or spam SMS messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business call handling

6. Call Recordings

All calls handled by the AI receptionist are recorded. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including notifying callers when required.

7. SMS Messaging

By using the Service, you authorize DispatchLine.ai to send SMS messages on behalf of your business for appointment confirmations, reminders, and emergency alerts. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers. See our SMS Terms for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

DispatchLine.ai is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI will handle every call perfectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the billing portal.
